So far, the helmet shape is probably my favorite part. It sits in place and covers the main areas without me having to keep adjusting it every few minutes, which was something I always worried about with other options.
It’s still early, so I’m not expecting anything dramatic yet, but the coverage feels even and it’s really easy to work into my routine. I usually just put it on while watching TV, so it doesn’t feel like a hassle.

Which, let’s be real, is exactly what I want when I’m already comfortable on the couch. Definitely one of those little things you don’t think you need until you’re using it all the time

Support did send me reminders, which was nice, but the whole routine still got annoying fast. I thought I’d be more consistent with it, but now I’m not sure it was worth buying.

I mean, I do like that they actually point to real studies and not just, you know, a bunch of before-and-after photos. That makes it feel a lot more believable to me than most hair gadgets out there. I actually like the device overall and it works fine when it’s powered up, but the charging has been annoying. After just a few uses, it’ll randomly stop charging or I have to mess with the cable a bunch to get it going again. I tried different outlets too, even the one by my kitchen counter where I usually charge my headphones, and it still acted weird. Good device, just wish the charging was more reliable.

The timer has worked every single time so far, and the auto shutoff hasn’t failed on me yet. I did have a question about it early on and kind of felt dismissed when I reached out, which was annoying, but the actual features have been reliable.

I’ve been using my iRestore for a while now, my gut feeling is that it’s low-maintenance overall. After I use it, I usually just wipe down the inside pads and the plastic parts so it doesn’t get sweaty or collect dust.

The only thing that bugs me a little is that a few spots are kind of awkward to reach. It’s not a huge deal, but I do have to slow down and take an extra minute with a cloth to get everything cleaned up properly.
